詐騙您的斯國公司雖是Event Fair

但是其實就是斯洛伐克Construct Data所衍生公司

該公司的經理人Susanne Anhorn，他也同時擔任Construct Data 的股東董事．也是遭美國法院點名制裁的對象之一

如果您上斯洛伐克司法部網站httpxx://www.orsr.sk/search_subjekt.asp?lan=en即可查Event Fair (實際上公司名稱是wwwdb s.r.o.您可自www.eventandfair.org /info01.html查該公司名稱登記名稱不是Event Fair)然後　輸入wwwdb s.r.o.及Construct Data Publishers a. s.
則可查出該兩家公司關聯性．差別在於wwwdb s.r.o.就是Event Fair以最低公司資本額5000歐元成立於2013年4月23日（剛剛開始詐騙沒多久）

而既然同屬詐騙公司，甚至遭美國法院公告制裁．怎可以付款給這種詐騙公司讓他繼續詐騙呢?

基本上，本組對所有徵詢意見的＂受害＂廠商均表示:

＂千萬千萬不要支付任何一毛錢＂----"千萬不要資助這家詐騙公司再去害別人"
(各國派駐斯洛伐克的商務機構對該公司都很無奈;因為他被奧地利驅逐出境後移到斯洛伐克.
而斯洛伐克無相關法規可約束這樣的商業行為,
所以才讓這家公司在斯洛伐克到處詐騙.
各國派駐斯洛伐克的商務單位曾招開會議.
但是也只能盡量提醒業者.本組每個月大概處理這樣的受害廠商約5家,
平均每個月回覆的"安撫信函"大概有10封.
甚至建議受害廠商不要再寫mail問如何回應威脅催繳信函---直接封鎖該寄件者來信,
建議受害廠商不要浪費時間--把時間放在拓展業務上比較重要)

至於是否必要浪費時間與該詐騙公司糾纏？
：倘若Construct  Data公司用制式的格式對外詐騙，受騙者向Construct
Data釐清該資料不是廣告合約之後，應該就沒有必要浪費時間應付該"詐騙"公司！

有關斯洛伐克Event and Fair詐騙公司要求xx精密公司支付廣告費一案之查證情形以及協助我商因應之建議，如復說明，謹請鑒察。

一、依據鈞局本（103）年 4月1日貿服字第1030101041號函辦理。本組相關函文：101年7月13日斯經字第10100011060號函（Construct Data Publishers公司詐騙伎倆）及103年1月10日斯經字第10300000070號函（對台貿易障礙調查表）。

二、本組前揭函文略以，由於斯洛伐克廣告公司Construct Data Publishers於各國際商展場合廣發「假問卷」，利用廠商一時疏失，未完全閱讀該公司之「假問卷」，而簽署「廣告合約」。本組不僅徵詢斯國經濟部，亦自「商務官團會議（各國派駐斯國大使館商務官會議）」獲悉斯方政府之回應：斯國司法部聲稱該公司並非直接詐欺，且斯國無相關法規可約束該公司之商業行為。亦因此，目前各國僅能儘量提醒業者注意，並提供下列建議因應作法在案：（1）向參展廠商廣宣勿簽署來源不明之任何資料；（2）對遭受詐騙業者，宣傳運用StopECG組織（Stop the European City Guide）如何協助業者處理該糾紛案件之參考作法（http://stopecg.org/construct_data_fairguide.htm），包括如何回覆Construct Data Publishers公司之參考信函（點選draft letter provided），並向該詐騙公司聲明該簽署文件非廣告訂購合約，亦可同時檢附奧地利法院判決情形（http://stopecg.org/cdconclusion.pdf），然後不再理會該公司，亦不要資助該公司再繼續行騙。

我司在今年六月份，收到一份由EVENT FAIR 寄過來的文件，因文件上有free return以及香港貿發局的資料，誤以為是香港貿發局或香港眼鏡展請我們更新我司資料，而誤簽並回傳了表格(如附件一)。

現在該Event Fair公司寄了帳單(如附件二)過來，要求我司付款，但實際上我司不願和該公司締結契約關係。經詢問Event Fair公司，又表明不可取消該廣告合約。

由於Event Fair於合約文尾約定有管轄法院在斯洛伐克、有權將相關債權移轉給第三人等文字，我司擔心有可能須於國外應訴，甚或遭到任意第三人(如討債集團)追討債權的危險。

我有上台灣經貿網的網站參考相關文件(如附件三、四、五)，請問能否以StopECG提供給業者參考的方法處理，發cancellation letter(如附件六)表明我司沒有意願要簽署該合約，並檢附奧地利法院判決情形。

或是有其他的解決方式呢?

請教貴單位，我司較合適的處理方式與作法。
